Superior Metrology offers programming and training resources to find solutions to a wide range of complex measuring tasks.  We can provide a complete functional solution or we can work with your team, offering guidance in measurement setup techniques and best practices.  Whether the task involves Surface Finish Measurements, CMM Measurements, Form & Roundness Measurements, or Machine Vision applications, we have extensive experience in all four disciplines.

Superior Metrology can act as a 3rd party to resolve correlation questions whether the measurements are from different brands of measurement equipment or when there are data disputes between customers and suppliers.  We have experience using numerous types of gage equipment and gage studies to assess measurement repeatability, measurement accuracy, and measurement uncertainty.  Once the baselines are determined, we can work to bring measurement data into agreement.

Superior Metrology offers gage engineering services to find solutions to new inspection needs.  We can either take the lead role or work with your team to concept new inspection methods and investigate new technologies.  We have experience both purchasing gages as a customer and designing and building gages as a supplier, having worked with a wide range of measurement and inspection systems.
